TERMS & CONDITIONS

(the exciting stuff)

  1. A 50% deposit fee must be paid at the time of booking. Refunds are not offered unless there is a rare occasion where the photographer is unable to complete the shoot.

  2. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your session without any contact, then you may miss your slot due to other bookings. This is still non-refundable. Moreover, the photographer will hold no responsibility if you do not show up at the arranged date and time and refunds will not be available.

  3. If the photographer needs to travel more than the 25 mile radius outlined in the packages, then additional travel costs will apply at 49p/mile.

  4. Some of the photographs from your session have a high likelihood of being posted to social media. If you would prefer they weren’t, then please state this upon booking or during our contact period. Images will always be copyright and property of Rufus Davies Photography and credit is always appreciated if you share your images.

  5. If weather conditions are too poor on the day of the photoshoot, a new date will be scheduled between Photographer and Client at the earliest date possible with no additional charges.

  6. Cancellations need to be given notice of at least 48 hours prior to the arranged date, otherwise your deposit back cannot be promised.

  7. Should the digital files be lost, damaged or destroyed for reasons beyond control, the photographer’s liability shall be limited to a full refund of any deposits and fees paid, but shall not include a refund for any goods already received.

  8. Any directions issued to clients during a photoshoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents during a photographic shoot.

  9. The photographer will endeavour to deliver the fully edited images as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to a week during busy periods.
